I had no idea such a powerful tool lived inside me, the very thing that gives us life.
My journey into breathwork started with one simple question after reading Breath by James Nestor: why has this essential part of our physiology been ignored for so long? The more I learned, the more I saw how powerful this knowledge would have been through my parents’ health journeys.
As an only child, I watched their health decline and felt the deep emotional pain, stress, and overwhelm that come when you become the parent to your own parents. At the time, I was running on pure cortisol, balancing work, caregiving, and managing everything around me. It was dark, overwhelming, and exhausting.
After losing my dad in 2022 and my mom thirteen months later, I had to redefine my place in the world as an only child without parents, those who witnessed my earliest story.
I dove into a spiritual journey and began truly exploring breathwork. The emotional, mental, and physical shifts I experienced through simply breathing were nothing short of a revelation and a true saving grace.
Seeing the transformation breathwork brought to myself and others, I felt called to become a facilitator. Certified through Breath of Gold, I specialize in creating impactful experiences for individuals and corporate partners that center workplace wellness. Through large corporate workshops, intimate one-on-ones, or lively group experiences, I help you reduce stress, create more mental clarity, and restore your energy.
I believe in the innate power we all hold to heal ourselves naturally and authentically without anything outside us. My mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can discover that power and express your fullest self.
